COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Process Control C1525 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rice-Lake products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Racal-dana product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rice-Lake such as the RL75058B125k spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0115100110042 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 111478 by Manufacturer Racal-dana as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 1141100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quipp such as 22208338 equipment made by Quipp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quipp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quipp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 432680200 made by Scientific-Technologies as well as the popular LPAX0600 original spares produced by Red-Lion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2487070201 by Scr and 22208338 spares by Quipp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P306115PSIA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schaevitz. |
